Work description
Cargo transportation planning, organizing and control;
Ensuring the correct accounting of the finished products;
Cooperation with finished good warehouse(stock, stock reservations, loadings/unloading’s);
Ensuring smooth shipments according to the production plan;
Information and data management related with finished goods, working with a database;
Preparation, processing and accounting of documents required for transportation;
Cooperation with transport companies due to finished goods export;
Analyze data, give insights in how production shipment process could be improved to get better efficiency;
Daily, weekly, monthly reports;
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
Similar experience in production company would be advantage.
Bachelor degree for transport or logistics (advantage);
Must have good knowledge of English;
Experience of similar work (advantage);
Excellent computer skills / MS Word, MS Excel;
Work experience with data management systems (eg SAP, Navision, Saturn, IFS);
Responsibility, receptivity to innovation, fast learner;
Ability to work both in a team and independently, to solve work issues promptly.
Salary
1500-1800 €/mon. gross
Salary ranges depends on experience.
